Summit School has a long tradition of providing a child-centered educational program focusing on the education of the whole child and the recognition of each individual child’s strengths. Summit School’s children are taught to take care of one another. This is evident in all aspects of the daily program that is designed to teach cooperation, self-discipline, conflict management and team building skills.
Summit School provides a safe, orderly and clean environment for learning. Safety is a regular part of staff meetings, parent newsletters and school assemblies. Students feel extremely safe at Summit School and teachers and school staff are very nurturing."
